How this Stress Test Works ?

This stress test is based on the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), designed to measure how situations in your life are perceived as stressful. The questions aim to assess how unpredictable, uncontrollable, and overwhelming you find your current stress levels.

The PSS questionnaire focuses on your thoughts and feelings over the past month. The questions are simple, straightforward, and easy to answer. Just be honest with your responses—it won't take more than 3 minutes to complete the test.
