This study analysed the effectiveness of digital therapeutics programs as remote behavioral intervention in better management of diabetes among 100 participants diagnosed with Type 2 DM. Motivation levels improved significantly by 9.39%, while distress levels decreased significantly by 24.21%. Participants from joint families have higher interpersonal distress, while participants having diabetes for > 5 years showed higher physician, and interpersonal distress as compared to newly diagnosed ones.
