Improvement in exercise adherence and reduction in risk of injury leads to better diabetes management. This study included 45 participants and demonstrated the effectiveness of video-call based exercise prescription in significantly improving post-program performance scores of 1-minute push-up test, wall sit test, 1-minute sit-up test, V-Sit and reach test and 6MWT by 40.17%, 36.61 % , 70.04% , 37.86 %, 249.25 % and 7.24 % from the baseline respectively and concluded that overall physical and cardiorespiratory fitness in patients with diabetes were momentously improved.
