This study examined the impact of two different durations of the Fitterfly Diabetes Prime lifestyle management program (3 months and 6 months) on glycemic control in 198 participants with diabetes. Those in the 90-day program experienced a 1.1% reduction in HbA1c levels, with 57.55% achieving recommended HbA1c levels of ≤7% and 41.86% reaching ≤6.5%. In contrast, those in the 180-day program achieved a more substantial 1.7% reduction in HbA1c levels, with 73.07% meeting the ≤7% target and 53.84% ≤6.5%. Longer program engagement proved more effective, underscoring the importance of extended support in achieving better glycemic control in individuals with diabetes.
